Why should you hire me?
For more than a decade, I've devoted myself to understanding and engaging in the practice of law. Beginning in 2011, I clerked at a prestigious personal injury in Louisville, Kentucky. There I learned the skills and strategies that are effective for litigating complex cases. These cases typically involved catastrophic injuries with multiple defendants or litigation against detention centers and government agencies. After leaving Louisville, I moved to Muhlenberg County, Kentucky and was essentially "thrown to the wolves". I began litigating felony cases the first week I was licensed. And within the first two years, I was litigating cases involving large sums of money.
Thus, I amassed experience dealing with cases that require deep legal research and carefully built trial strategy - frequently in high-stakes circumstances. I spent years learning from other attorneys, including the best prosecutors and opposing attorneys in civil cases, to understand how cases are won (and sometimes lost). I recognized that I needed a staff that did not simply walk off the street so I hired staff that had a combined total of more than fifty years of experience in the legal field. And, I tried cases. Most of the time, I won. Sometimes, I lost. But over time, by doing what many other attorneys do not do through devoted learning and trying, I gained a depth of experience and skill that is uncommon.
If you need help with a matter that is not ordinary and want someone that actually wants to win, and will spend the time and effort it takes to win, then please call me. I am happy to handle complex personal injury cases and high-stakes criminal cases, particularly violent crimes and sex crimes. I work throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky, and have handled cases from McCracken County to Harlan County, though most of my cases have been in the Owensboro, Bowling Green and Madisonville area. Over the years, by representing high net worth individuals and the elderly, I have developed a skillset in estate planning that can meet many of your needs - including pre-planning for Medicaid eligibility.
